1. Services Provided

Aayini Sahayata Private Limited provides professional consultancy services including, but not limited to, Company Registration, GST Filing, Income Tax Returns, ISO Certifications, and NGO Registrations. Our role is to act as an intermediary/consultant between the client and various government departments.

2. User Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by our team for legal filings. We are not responsible for any rejection, penalty, or legal issue arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

3. Payment & Refunds

• All service fees must be paid in advance.
• Government fees (Challans) are non-refundable once paid to the department.
• Professional fees may be refunded partially only if the work has not yet been initiated.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your data privacy seriously. Your sensitive documents (Pan Card, Aadhaar, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of the services requested and are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, Aayini Sahayata Private Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays in government processing or changes in government regulations.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
